- After several years of her model career, she has since served as a ambassador of the Japano-South Korean friendship for the Football World Cup 2002 and also as a reporter for the 2004 Olympic Games in Greece to support the Japanese Olympic team.
- Fujiwara was a guest reporter and interviewer for the K-1, which is a new style of martial arts show, until 2006. She used to show people her emotion to romantically think of late K-1 legend, Andy Hug [1].
- Fujiwara appeared in TV games. Her latest work is Alicia, who is the main heroine of Project Minerva on the Playstation 2 in 2002, and even showed up in a squad-based, real-time, and semi-RPG-versus robot game, which was later released as an English version with more missions as Project Minerva Professional by Midas Interactive of the United Kingdom.
