Liaoning University is located in the northern part of Shenyang city of Liaoning Province, a famous historic city of China, which is the center of Liaoning’s economy, politics, culture and traffic.
Liaoning University was established on September 15, 1958, whose predecessor was an amalgamation of Northeastern Financial and Economic College, the former Shenyang teachers College, and Shenyang Russian Language College.
Liaoning University has a highly qualified teaching staff, among its 984 full-time teachers, 496 are professors and associate professors, some of which are experts and scholars of great attainments, wellknown in both domestic and international academic circles.

Northeastern University is a private university in Boston, Massachusetts.
Northeastern began in 1898 as an "Evening Institute for Younger Men" hosted at the Huntington Avenue YMCA, and catered to the large immigrant population of Boston.
In 1935, the College of Liberal Arts was added to Northeastern, and the name was changed to simply "Northeastern University." In 1937 The Northeastern University Corporation was established, creating a board of trustees made up of the members of 31 members the NU Corporation and 8 members of the YMCA.
