Track listing

  1. "Smells Like Nirvana" (Cobain, Grohl, Novoselic, Yankovic) – 3:42
    • Parody of Nirvana's "Smells Like Teen Spirit", poking fun at the original song's ambiguous and unintelligible lyrics.
  2. "Trigger Happy" (Yankovic) – 3:46
    • Style parody of The Beach Boys, about a man who uses firearms. Additionally, its chorus resembles that of the Dave Clark Five song "Glad All Over".
  3. "I Can't Watch This" (Hammer, James, Miller, Yankovic) – 3:31
  4. "Polka Your Eyes Out" – 3:50
  5. "I Was Only Kidding" (Yankovic) – 3:31
    • About a declaration of love that was a complete joke.
    • Style parody of "h-a-t-r-e-d" by Tonio K.
  6. "The White Stuff" (Starr, Yankovic) – 2:43
  7. "When I Was Your Age" (Yankovic) – 4:35
    • Rock song, with the singer telling his child how he never had it as good as he does, but takes it to exagerant lengths: "...nobody ever drove me to school when it was ninety degrees below. We had to walk buck naked through forty miles of snow". Inspired by the Four Yorkshiremen sketch.
    • Style parody of "Dirty Laundry" by Don Henley.
  8. "Taco Grande" (Mejia, Warren, Yankovic) – 3:44
    • Parody of Gerardo's "Rico Suave", about a narrator's visit to a fictional Mexican restaurant.
    • Cheech Marin does a brief Spanish monologue in the song.
  9. "Airline Amy" (Yankovic) – 3:50
    • About an airline stewardess the singer adores.
  10. "The Plumbing Song" (Farian, Nail, Warren, Yankovic) – 4:05
    • Parody of Milli Vanilli's "Baby Don't Forget My Number" and "Blame It On the Rain", suggesting a fictional plumber to a friend.
  11. "You Don't Love Me Anymore" (Yankovic) – 4:01
    • Style parody of "More Than Words" by Extreme. Ballad, about a girlfriend who did numerous exaggerated and mostly deadly things to the singer and his obliviousness to their extent. This song contains Al's arguably most serious line, but all seriousness is in that line, so comedy fans don't need to worry. The music video is a parody of "More Than Words" by Extreme.
  12. "Bite Me" (CD-only bonus track) – approx. 0:05
    • Five seconds of cacophony, played after ten minutes of silence between this track and "You Don't Love Me Anymore." Inspired by Nevermind's hidden track, "Endless, Nameless", Al wanted a way to scare listeners who neglect to turn the CD off. This track was present in the CD version of this album, but not the cassette version. Some CD pressings do not contain the track at all.
