Oleg Aleksandrovich Prudius is a Russian professional wrestler who was introduced to WWE by current Total Nonstop Action Wrestling Vice President Jeff Jarrett's father (and, former majority owner of TNA), Jerry Jarrett. He is trained in free style wrestling, rugby, American football, sambo, kickboxing and judo. Prudius has also worked as a stage and screen actor, notably having a small role in Spike Lee's 25th Hour. He is currently signed to World Wrestling Entertainment. Prudius also had a small role in Grindhouse, appearing in the 'Werewolf Women of the SS' trailer; he was credited under his real name and his WWE persona Vladimir Kozlov for the appearance. Prudius has won numerous achievements, becoming 2005 USA Open Heavyweight Sambo Champion and (USKBA) International Heavyweight Grappling Champion. He has also played American football for the Ukrainian National Team as well as Santa Barbara College. [1]

On May 5, 2006, Prudius had his first untelevised WWE debut match during a house show in San Jose, California, defeating Rob Conway. The next night, at another house show in Sacramento, California, Matt Striker cut a promo on Prudius, calling him a "filthy immigrant" causing Prudius to attack him. Prudius defeated Eugene in a dark match at New Year's Revolution 2007 on January 7. He made another appearance the next night on RAW. During an interview with Jerry 'The King' Lawler. When asked what he thought about the match which was scheduled to take place that night between John Cena and The Great Khali, he claimed that he could beat both Cena and Khali. He made yet another appearance on January 26, 2007 edition of SmackDown! stating that he can defeat all "29" men in the Royal Rumble. On the January 29 edition of RAW, he stated he could throw The Great Khali, Edge, Randy Orton, Shawn Michaels, or even The Undertaker over the top rope.
