The Onehunga Branch opened in Auckland, New Zealand in 1873. The lines 3.41km in length and runs from Penrose Train Station to Onehunga. It was extended to the Onehunga Wharf in 1878. The last scheduled passenger service ran in April 1973. Part of line is still used by factories at the Penrose end. The Onehunga railway station was originally located near the corner of Princes Street and Onehunga Mall.
