The Center for Public Integrity is a nonprofit, nonpartisan, organization in the United States which is concerned with monitoring campaign finance laws in the U.S. and works for campaign finance reform. In pursuit of these goals, it sends out press releases and produces analysis of campaign finance issues. The Center was founded in 1989 by Charles Lewis, a former television news employee. Because it is incorporated as a non-profit, non-partisan group, donations to the Center are tax-deductible.
