| Fleming offered his sympathy to family members of Dwayne Connor, who lost his life, and all who experienced incidents of violence on the otherwise peaceful shores of Anguilla including Sheldon Brooks who was injured in the shooting and the two visitors who were shot and wounded in another incident. |
