Otis Sistrunk (born 1946) was a defensive lineman who played seven seasons professionally from 1972 to 1978.
Sistrunk was one of the few NFL players of his day to not play college football, going directly from high school to the semi-pro Continental Football League in 1965.
Sistrunk's lack of a college education prompted ABC commentator and ex-NFL player Alex Karras to refer to Otis' alma mater as the "University of Mars." Sistrunk was named to the Pro Bowl in (1974).
