Genting Sempah Incident

In July 2007, PASKAU with elite 10 Paratrooper Brigade, 22nd Grup Gerak Khas and Pasukan Gerakan Khas, supported with US Navy, police General Operations Force, Fire and Rescue Department, Forestry Department rangers, Civil Defense Department (JPA3) and villagers deployed to search and rescue the six missing airforce crew which went the US-made Sikorsky S61 Nuri transport helicopter crash near Genting Sempah, in Genting Highlands. However, the SAR team found wreckage of the helicopter, with its rotor blades detached at 5 km northwest of location at July 17, 1324 hrs. All six RMAF crew on board were killed and their bodies were found in the cabin.

Bukit Galla incident

Pada February 20, 1999, PASKAU with RMP General Operations Forces, State Forestry Department, Civil Defense Department (JPA 3), Department of Civil Airlines and Negeri Sembilan Fire and Rescue Department were involved to search and rescue mission of accident Beechcraft BE-36 civil aircraft casualty which crash in the hillside of Bukit Galla forest, Mantin, Negeri Sembilan. The two aircraft pilot, Patrick Dutrey, 56, and Natalie Marie Chappate, 35, a French citizens were killed with her body conditions were already crushed the explosions cause from the aircraft during to crashed.

Hawk airfighter accidentally

In June 27, 2006, PASKAU involved to rescue operation the accidently RMAF BAE HAWK 208 pilot, Major Muhammad Rohaizan Ab Rahman which the airfighter is crashed in Rompin sea, Pahang in May 31, 2006. However, the corpse of that pilot were found 28 days later in seabases, 150 metre from coastal area of Pantai Lanjut, Rompin, Pahang.

Bukit Batu Tiban incident

In July 28, 2005, PASKAU were conscript of rescue operations the accident casualty the crashed Hornbill Skyway’s Bell 206 Jet Ranger helicopter in Bukit Batu Tiban, Ulu Baleh, Kapit, near the border of Sarawak-Kalimantan Barat, Indonesia. As a result, the Long Ranger pilot, Captain Razali Sani, the staff of Malaysian Measuring and Map (JUPEM) Sarawak branch, Ramli Jamal and Corporal Empini Karung were found the killed, while Razali Hasan from JUPEM is safed.

Sultan whereby the aircraft is crashed in forest area about 3.2 kilometer to south-west of Langat Dam, Selangor. However, Nasir were found to killed in the accident location while Nazarullah is safed.

In January 19, 2003, the fibreglass boat traveled by two officers and four personals from elite PASKAU is founder breaked by big waves in the sea stormy condition during managed the reconnaissance operations in hereabouts 8 nautical miles in Sibu Island, Johore in 10.30 am. Air Force Major Aundrey Smith, Air Force Captain Damian Sebastian, Air Force Sargeant Radzi Abdul Majid and Air Force Sargeant Saad Che Omar were found is safed.
