PM is an early evening ("PM at five PM") news analysis, politics and current affairs programme on BBC Radio 4. It airs for one hour on weekdays, usually presented by Eddie Mair, and thirty minutes on Saturdays, presented by Carolyn Quinn. Nigel Wrench also presents on occasions. It is currently edited by Peter Rippon[1]. The production team also work on Radio 4's The World at One, The World This Weekend and Broadcasting House. As well as serious news content, the programme is known for its often satirical and sarcastic commentry, both from the presenters and in letters from listeners.
