Pan Geng (盤庚) moved the capital of the Shang Dynasty to Yinxu, which today is at Anyang; in Henan Province, China.

Award-winning musician Shen Pangeng has adapted a range of western and traditional Chinese music for a free afternoon performance featuring an erhu, a traditional bowed two-string instrument with origins in ancient China.
Pangeng, a graduate of the Shanghai Conservatory of Music, is a master of the erhu, which enjoys the same popularity in China as the violin does in the west.
Born in China, Pangeng migrated to Australia in 1989.

To overcome the crisis, Pangeng, the twentieth emperor, moved the capital to Yin (Xiaotun Village in Anyang City, Henan Province today).
He got rid of the vice of extravagance, and took care of the lives of the common people, which helped to stabilize the situation to some extent.
This event is called 'Pangeng when the capital was moved to Yin' historically.
