Papua class transport vessle

In the fictional Gundam universe, the main resupply vessel of the Principality of Zeon was the Papua class. These strange looking ships were designed to operate independently to resupply Zeons space navy, and are frequently seen throughout the One Year War. The Zeon usually used these ships to move supplies and weapons to and from the frontlines. These ships also carried many of the Zeon Zaku units; however, these ships were not utilized as Mobile Suit carriers because the Zeon navy was designed around MS combat. A single Papua class ship can supply two Musai class cruisers. The class performed exceptionally well, but was eventually phased out in favor of the Pazock class.
