Due to the limited interest in non-fantasy stories among the graphic novel demographics, the line has only produced a handful of books over it's decade long history. While almost all have recieved critical acclaim, none have reached high sales amongst the general graphic novel and comicbook reading populace, although, two of the imprints books (A History of Violence and Road to Perdition) have been adapted into successful films, and Scott McCloud's Understanding Comics is considered one of the authoritative bibles of the medium.
