Parapotamos Municipality - The history of the municipality (191 words)
	Parapotamos was inhabited by Muslim Turk-Albanians until 1944 who were driven off by the rebels (who it is known that they had joined the conquerors).
	In 1944 and on all the inhabitants of Elataria (Lambanitsa) which is northwest of Paramythia moved to Parapotamos that was called Varfani until then.
	In 1990 with the voluntary union of Dramesi and the settlement of Agios Georgios, the Municipality of Parapotamos was founded, the first municipality in Epirus and the only one in Thesprotia created this way.
