Francis Patrick Neill, Baron Neill of Bladen (born 8 August 1926) is a cross bench member of the House of Lords. He was made a Life Peer in 1997.

Charles Patrick Neill was born on 12 December 1865 at Rock Island, Illinois to James and Julia (Walsh) Neill, who had emigrated from Ireland in 1850.
