Patrick Doyle is a classically trained, internationally respected film composer who has worked with many of modern cinema's most prolific film directors.
Patrick trained at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama in Glasgow, from which he was awarded an honorary fellowship in 2004.
During the 2005 Cannes Film Festival, Patrick was invited by the Festival's organisers in conjunction with SACEM as an official guest of honour, to give a public master class illustrating the specialist art of composing music for film.
