Pedro Borbón Rodriguez (Born December 2, 1946 in Valverde, Dominican Republic ) is a former Major League Baseball pitcher. He played for 12 seasons (1969 - 1980) for four teams, including 10 seasons for the Cincinnati Reds (1970 - 1979). Borbón was mainly know for being a relief pitcher, pitching 4 and 1/3 scoreless innings during the 1976 National League Championship Series, where the Reds won the series 3-0. Pedro Borbón Rodriguez (Born December 2, 1946 in Valverde, Dominican Republic) is a former Major League Baseball pitcher.
Borbón was mainly know for being a relief pitcher, pitching 4 and 1/3 scoreless innings during the 1976 National League Championship Series, where the Reds won the series 3-0.
Borbon is currenly the pitching coach for the Rio Grande Valley Whitewings of the independent United League.
