Peleg Sprague (April 27, 1793—October 13, 1880) was an American politician from the U.S. state of Maine.
Sprague was admitted to the bar in August 1815 and began practice in Augusta, Maine.
Sprague practiced law in Boston and was appointed as a judge on a U.S. District Court for Massachusetts in 1841, serving until 1865.
