Persuasion, a remake of the classic Jane Austen novel of the same name, premiered on 1st April, 2007 on the UK channel ITV1 at 9pm, as part of their Jane Austen Season. The drama ran for two hours (including advert breaks) in the UK, 90 minutes without the breaks. It was filmed at Bath, UK in September 2006.
