Peter Mansell was the bassist and sometime backing vocalist for the British rock band Pulp. He has been the boyfriend of Pulp keyboardist Candida Doyle since the mid-80's. Despite this, he left the group along with Candida's brother Magnus Doyle (the group's drummer at the time) in early '87.
