One of Taylor's works is the three part series of books on Northern Ireland entitled:


Provos: The IRA and Sinn Fein
Loyalists
Brits: The War against the IRA


These books each deal with the Northern Irish situation from the perspective of the the three main parites involved in it (i.e. The provos, the loyalists and the British Army). These books give a deep understanding of all the main occurences throughout this turbulent period in British History along with interviews with the 'main players' of the day.
