Phil the Alien is a Canadian comedy film, released in 2005. It was written and directed by Rob Stefaniuk, who also starred as the titular Phil. The film is arguably based on the character UFO Phil who has appeared regularly on radio programs like Coast to Coast AM since the mid-nineties. He eventually joins a local rock band as a singer, and is chased by an assassin (Nicole deBoer) as he and the band go out on tour. The film's cast also includes Graham Greene and Ingrid Veninger.
