The Philippine National Police is the national police force of the Republic of the Philippines. It is both a national and a local police force in that it provides all law enforcement services throughout the Philippines. The Philippine National Police was formed in 1989 by the merger of the Integrated National Police with the Philippine Constabulary. It is based in Quezon City at Camp Crame in the Manila National Capital Region. The PNP academy is in Imus, Cavite; a suburb to the south. It is organized on a regional and provincial basis. Unlike the PC, it is a civil police force. Image File history File links PNPSeal. ...
