Phillip Hill is an American bass player. He has been involved in several pop punk bands, including Teen Idols (broken up), Screeching Weasel (broken up), Common Rider (broken up), Even in Blackouts and The Queers. Hill also does backing vocals. Pop punk is used for two separate subgenres of punk rock music: the kind typically found on Lookout!
