Pine Valley is a Walsh Act borough located in Camden County, New Jersey. As of the 2000 census, the borough had a total population of 20.


Pine Valley encompasses Pine Valley Golf Club, generally considered one of the world's top golf courses.


Geography

Pine Valley is located at 39°47'4" North, 74°58'14" West (39.784484, -74.970466)1.


According to the United States Census Bureau, the borough has a total area of 2.5 km˛ (1.0 mi˛). 2.5 km˛ (0.9 mi˛) of it is land and 1.04% is water.


Pine Valley borders Clementon Borough and Pine Hill.


Demographics

As of the census2 of 2000, there are 20 people, 8 households, and 7 families residing in the borough. The population density is 8.1/km˛ (21.0/mi˛). There are 21 housing units at an average density of 8.5/km˛ (22.1/mi˛). The racial makeup of the borough is 100.00% White, 0.00% African American, 0.00% Native American, 0.00% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.00% from other races, and 0.00% from two or more races. 0.00% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
