The area is in dispute with many in Pittsburgh claiming the Pennsylvania counties of Indiana, Greene and Lawrence as well as the northern panhandle of West Virginia and the extreme south-east counties of the state of Ohio. Many TV and radio affilates from Pittsburgh serve that disputed area, and although seperated from each other by natural barriers the two regions are growing more and more close.
