Plot

The Krusty Krab makes its very first (and only) pizza delivery. Mr. Krabs decides to have Squidward deliver it, Squidward hesitates and asks why SpongeBob can't just deliver it by himself. Mr. Krabs obviously wasn't listening clearly and declares "Great idea, take him with ya!". So then SpongeBob and Squidward go to deliver a pizza. But SpongeBob can't drive and is still in boating school. While trying to shift into reverse they become stranded in the middle of nowhere. SpongeBob suggests to deliver it on foot, so then they do just that, and SpongeBob starts singing a song about the Krusty Krab Pizza, and how it is the best pizza in the sea floor. Then they get whirled into a tornado, and Squidward tells SpongeBob to let go of the pizza, but it ends up saving their lives when SpongeBob transforms it into a parachute. Then SpongeBob shows Squidward some hilarious pioneer tricks, such as hitchhiking, eating coral, telling where civilization is by looking at what direction moss points, and even driving rocks!

The eternally skeptic Squidward does not believe the words of SpongeBob at first, but soon they end up driving the rock all the way to the customer's house. Sadly, their journey didn't pay off too well, as the customer gets extremely angry that he didn't get the soda he says he ordered (which he actually didn't). SpongeBob then cries, and absorbs his tears, respectively. Angered by the customer making Spongebob cry, Squidward knocks on the door and shoves the pizza in the fishy face of the customer. After the confrontation, they drive back to work, which ironically is only a couple feet away. But Squidward is already very worn out from the long treacherous pizza delivery.
