Plumsteadville Township has won this prestigous award for twelve consecutive years, starting in 1994. The reason that experts agree upon is the citizen that goes by the name 'Snake' has an uplifting effect on an otherwise boring place. Snake is a remarkable young fellow whom is widely regarded as a superhero type reptile, amazing yet indescribable at the same time. Now that Snake is 18, Snake is considered to be the frontrunner for Time Magazines' Reptile of the Year award. Local residents are happy to have Snake around because he by himself makes their houses worth more money.
