Najprej se bodo lotili prvega pomola (najbližjega mestu), na katerem že zdaj pretovarjajo predvsem zabojnike (letos jih naj bi približno 250.000).
Potem naj bi se lotili gradnje tretjega pomola (dolgega 1050 metrov in z 41 hektari površine), kjer bi lahko pretovarjali 600.000 zabojnikov, v zaledju pa še 450.000.
Po dokončanju tretjega pomola bodo za približno 150 metrov podaljšali še drugega.
