Pregolya (Преголя), also spelt as Pregola (German: Pregel) is a river in the Russian exclave of Kaliningrad. Its length is 123km. It starts as a confluence of the Instruch and the Angrapa and drains into the Baltic Sea through Vistula Lagoon.
