The President is the Head of State of the United Arab Emirates, the current President is His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahayan. Sheikh Khalifa became President on November 3, 2004 after his father and founder of our nation, His Highness Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan died on the November 2.
