Princess Shruti or Sruti (October 15, 1976 - June 1, 2001) was the youngest daughter of King Birendra and Queen Aiswarya of Nepal and sister of Crown Prince Dipendra and Prince Nirajan.


She was married to Gorakh Shamsher Rana and had two children.


She along with her mother, father and brother were killed by Dipendra following a family dispute over marriage plans. She died in the hospital after the shooting.
