Principia College is a four-year private co-educational liberal arts college in Elsah, Illinois. Founded by Mary Kimball Morgan, it was founded in 1912 as a junior college. It continued to grow and in 1934 Principia College graduated its first class as a full four year institution. It is the only college exclusively for Christian Scientists in the world. Principia is currently well-known for its solar car team and its Public Affairs Conference.
