Uses of emblems 11 The minister may authorize the use, reproduction and display of: (a) the armorial bearings of Saskatchewan described in section 3; (b) the shield of arms of Saskatchewan described in section 4; (c) the flag of Saskatchewan described in section 5; and (d) the stylized wheat sheaf symbol described in section 9.
