Pyrgos (Greek: Πύργος) is the capital of the Prefecture of Ilia in Greece.
The city is located in the western part of the Peloponnese, in the middle of a plain in Triphyllis.
Pyrgos has one of the biggest squares in Greece with loads of coffee shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, hospital, hotels, and a large orthodox church.
