During their visit to Sudbury, representatives from Datong City’s municipal government and equipment manufacturers toured MIRARCO’s virtual reality lab and met with several mining supply and service companies, including Bestech, Novenco, Fuller Industrial and WipWare Inc. A meeting was also held with representatives of Collège Boréal to discuss opportunities for occupational health and safety training.
The mission was organized by Qian Business Corporation, a Toronto-based consulting company specializing in the promotion of trade and investment between China and Canada.
Qian Business Corporation and Sudbury-based G1 Global signed a two-year agreement during the mission to build the relationship and help northeastern Ontario mining supply and service companies take advantage of opportunities in China.
