"Der Trommler" (German for "The Drummer") is the drum solo by Neil Peart. At the time this was allegedly just for archive purposes but the success of the “Rush In Rio” DVD, self funded by the band and Anthem Records due to lack of interest from Atlantic, has turned the possibility of a second DVD release into reality.
In a recent interview for Billboard magazine, Geddy Lee said  “Well, basically nobody was in a big hurry to do another live project, because we've got about 60,000 of them out there.
