Despite being a soldier since childhood, Reccoa was quiet and soft spoken but charming and affable. Her favorite pastime was taking care of the plants that she kept in her quarters. Reccoa, admittedly, had no political or personal agendas of her own so this is why she could drift from one cause to another. She sometimes confided to others that she wouldn't know how to live without danger in her life and that might be why she often volunteered for dangerous missions. She also thought that it may be because she had never had a good man in her life. "There are only men and women in this world", she muses. "There has to be something to that." A skilled pilot and spy, she also helped AEUG newcomer Kamille Bidan adjust to his new position aboard Argama. She was also one of the first to welcome Titans defector Emma Sheen despite widespread suspicions and helps her realize that she made the right choice; most notably by proving to her that the infamous 30-Bunch incident (where an entire colony was killed by poison gas) was carried out by none other than Colonel Bask Om of the Titans. Reccoa was chosen for the infiltration of Earth Federation headquarters Jaburo in South America. She was quickly captured along with investigative reporter Kai Shiden whom she met soon after landing on Earth. Both are imprisoned but promptly forgotten about when AEUG attacks Jaburo. Time is running out as the evacuating Titans set a nuclear bomb to destroy the overrun base. Kamille finds Reccoa, however because of a Newtype aura from her, thus she and Kai are rescued before Jaburo is destroyed. Image File history File links Reccoa Londe, from http://www. ...

Reccoa, unsure of herself after her perceived failure at Jaburo, quickly volunteers for the next important mission, the infiltration of Titans supply ship Jupitris, under the command of Paptimus Scirocco. She successfully enters the ship under the pretense of needing repairs for her outdated mobile suit. Accidentally entering an unauthorized area, she is detained and meets Scirocco to whom she gives her cover story. Scirocco, suspecting something, nevertheless allows her to leave, unhindered. However, something about Reccoa's meeting with the handsome and charismatic Scirocco continued to bother her, even after returning to Argama. A Jupitris class energy fleet vessle. ...
Reccoa, later is seen as somewhat somber, distracted and withdrawn. Kamille, especially is concerned and asks Quattro to at least talk to her, given her obvious crush on Quattro. He does, but only to give her a new mission, a conversation that strangely ends in a brief kiss. In a failed attempt to reach a negotiation with the Axis remnants of Zeon, Reccoa was injured by gunfire from Haman Karn. Despite her injury and Quattro and Kamille's protest, she subsequently enters a mobile suit battle with Yazan Gable's Hambrabi Team. Noticeably distracted by a feeling she can't describe, Reccoa is easily defeated by Yazan who captures her from her ruined mobile suit. Her abduction is unseen by Argama's crew, and Reccoa's apparent death demoralizes them. In actuality, Reccoa, sensing that she was getting closer to the source of her "distraction" decides to inexplicably change sides and join the Titans. She is forced by Col. Bask Om to lead a mission that will use poison gas (the same type used in the 30-Bunch incident) to exterminate another colony. Reluctantly, she carries out the mission hoping that Kamille and Argama will arrive in time to stop her. Although he does, Reccoa's wingmen are able to carry out Basque's orders and thousands of colonists are killed. Reccoa seemingly has a nervous breakdown, but is later transferred to Scirocco (a powerful newtype) on Jupitoris where she realizes that is was his vampire like magnetism that has mentally distracted her. She concludes that Scirocco is the only man that treats her as a woman and not just a soldier. Thus she becomes one of Scirocco's pilots, piloting the prototype Pallas Athena. In battle, she meets Kamille twice and Fa once; unsuccessfully, they try to convince Reccoa to come back to AEUG. Philip Burne-Jones, The Vampire, 1897 Vampires (archaic spelling: vampyres) are mythological or folkloric creatures, typically held to be the re-animated corpses of human beings and said to subsist on human and/or animal blood (hematophagy). ...
During the last battle, in revenge for Bask's cruel order to poison the colonists, Reccoa intentionally fires at the bridge of Bask's ship, Dogosse Gierre destroying it and him. However, she is put in the unfortunate position of having to fight Emma who also tries to convince her to feel the deaths of Henken, Katz, Apolly, and the other AEUG members who died since she left. She admits that she did feel something but that it's too late to change anything, to which Emma says that no one will really mourn her if she dies right then. Reccoa's mobile suit is wrecked by Emma; Yazan delivers the death blow killing her and fatally injuring Emma, who had exited her mobile suit to check if Reccoa was still alive. Reccoa's final words are some of the most profound in the Gundam series: "...Men are perhaps born just to fight each other. And women are perhaps fated to be their tools."
