Origin
A call from the inside among the fans came out that Korea needs a change in the culture of cheering the game to truly voice their presence and be able to send a clear message to the players of the teams which the fans support. The first and foremost field for this operation were the National Team games. The temporary name "Great Hankuk Supporters Club" was thus created on December 1995.
Goals
The goal is to create a culture in which everybody supporting the Korean national team identifies himself/herself as a Red Devil so that there really is no need to specifically distinguish/categorize and voice out. Once this culture is finally rooted, there will be no need for any group to artificially represent the fans of the team; as everybody will be participating.
