Song information

This was the first single featuring new band-member Amelle Berrabah, who re-recorded parts of the song following the departure of Mutya Buena in December 2005. The single was released on March 6, 2006, while the new version was previewed on BBC Radio One on January 17, 2006. As a B-side to Red Dress the Sugababes re-recorded the Arctic Monkeys' song "I Bet You Look Good on the Dancefloor", which was received with a mixed reception. The main riff to the song is sampled from a classic Northern Soul track, 'Landslide', recorded by Tony Clarke. Also the Animotion cover, "Obsession" taken from Taller In More Ways, is dubbed as an additional B-side. On iTunes there was a special download of the Extended Version of the single which included a longer intro, another verse from Keisha (possibly recorded from the original sessions) before her first bridge and a repeat of the secondary chorus the first time it is sung by Amelle.
