Rehe (Simplified Chinese: 热河; Traditional Chinese: 熱河; pinyin: Rèhé; lit. hot river), also known as Jehol, is a defunct Chinese province that used to consist of part of today Hebei Province, Shanxi Province and Inner Mongolia.


From January 21, 1933 to August 15, 1945, it was a part of Manchukuo. Its capital was Chengde.

In 1955, Rehe was divided between the Inner Mongolian Autonomous Region and the provinces of Hebei and Liaoning.

Conquered by the Manchus in the 17th cent., Rehe became an imperial pastureland.
