(1) Hrvatska narodna banka posjeduje autorsko pravo na novčanice koje je izdala.


(2) Hrvatska narodna banka odobrava reproduciranje novčanica koje je izdala u sljedećim slučajevima:


a) za fotografije, crteže, slike, filmove i, općenito, bilo koje djelo za koje sama novčanica ili njezina reprodukcija nema središnje značenje i koje ne sadržava uvećanu verziju dizajna novčanice;


b) za reprodukciju novčanica navedenih u točki 1. ovog članka, čija je duljina i širina uvećana za više od 125% ili umanjena za manje od 75%, bez obzira na materijal koji se rabi za reprodukciju.
