Members include Senators Olympia Snowe and Susan Collins of Maine, Arlen Specter of Pennslyvania and Lincoln Chafee of Rhode Island. Members in the House of Representitives include Representitives Rob Simmons, Chris Shays and Nancy Johnson, all of Connecticut.
