Reza is a London-born businessman of Middle-Eastern descent. Prior to Day 2, he relocates to the United States where he works for Bob Warner's company as Chief Financial Officer and eventually becomes engaged to Bob's younger daughter Marie. Bob's elder daughter Kate was suspicious of Reza's financial activities and hires a private investigator to look into it. The investigator discovers a supposed link between Reza and Syed Ali, a known terrorist. Kate Warner is a fictional character in the television series 24. ... CTU eventually learns of the link and goes to the Warner house to question Reza. Reza insists he has had no involvement with Ali or terrorism. Under further questioning, he eventually admits he approved the transactions, but Bob was the one who made them. Following his revelation, Reza's parents, who had recently arrived at his in-laws' house, leave, apparently believing that he was, in fact, linked with terrorists, and upset over this. CTU stands for Counter Terrorist Unit and is a fictional U.S. government agency under the jurisdiction of the C.I.A. in the television action series 24. ...


Reza eventually agrees to help CTU examine Bob's computer files to prove his innocence. He is vindicated when the records show money had been sent to Ali on Reza's laptop when Reza and Bob were out of the country, and away from his laptop. Moments later, Marie enters the room and kills the CTU agents, revealing that she is the one working with Ali. The shocked Reza pleads with her to say something, not believing she could be involved, and wondering if their relationship had merely been an act on her part. Marie teared up slightly in the middle of his question, responds by simply telling him he "really is very sweet," then shoots and kills him. Ironically, she did so at the approximate time they were to be married.
