Located in the downtown area of the state capital of Providence, the State House is a neoclassical building that houses the RhodeIsland General Assembly and the offices of the governor of RhodeIsland as well as the lieutenant governor, secretary of state, and general treasurer.
The chamber of the RhodeIslandHouse of Representatives is located in the west wing of the building while the chamber of the RhodeIsland Senate is located in the east wing.
