Richard J. Maybury (born 1946, Ohio) is the author of U.S. & World Early Warning Report for Investors. He has written several books on United Stateseconomics, law, and history. Maybury's viewpoint is "juris naturalist", which is more commonly known as libertarianism.
Mr. Maybury bases his work on his two laws, namely
Do all you have agreed to do, and
Do not encroach on other persons or their property.

The first law is related to contract law. A contract is an agreement between two or more parties, in which they promise to perform certain actions for and recognize certain rights of the other parties. The second law is related to criminal law and tort law. Violators of these types of laws have committed acts like theft or violence against other people.
Maybury discusses the background causes and possible future direction of the War on Terrorism. It is his opinion that the war was caused by foreign aid.
Maybury goes on to discuss the probable economic effects of this war; not surprisingly, one being inflation, owing to the prospects that the war promises to be big and long. He forecasts that the most important economic force in the conflict, however, will be nuclear weapons.
Maybury goes on to explain how any attempt by COG to set up a new federal government will be thwarted, as that one will be blown away, too. We can only pray that it would be that easy.
