Pastorelli was found dead in his home at Hollywood Hills in 2004. The coroner's office later reported that he died of a heroin overdose. Five years earlier, his girlfriend, 25-year-old Charemon Jonovich, was found dead in their home. Police think she may have accidentally shot herself. Pastorelli also used cocaine but that didn't contribute to his death.
