Rockingham is a city in Western Australia located 47km south of Perth. It has a population of 80,000 and forms the southernmost border of the Perth metropolitan area.
It was first surveyed in 1847, it was gazetted as a town in 1897.
In its early days, Rockingham was a busy port, shipping Jarrah and Sandalwood overseas.
The city fronts onto the sheltered waters of Cockburn Sound and is a popular holiday destination.
Seer I.A.N. from Rockingham shrine receives the stigmata - I do not question anymore I know that it is part of my journey and that the suffering is a cleansing and is offered for those who need prayer and strength...
A cloud-like image of The Blessed Mother is visible in the left half of this photograph.
The statue now is kept at Pattys home, which she has named The Holy Family House of Prayer and is open to the public Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 9.30 10.30 am and 2.30 pm to 3.30 pm by appointment.
