The road is paved and completed, with two lanes per direction. The road is very busy at all times. Frequent traffic lights found here and there. However, there are 3 stop sign found, and one of the stop signs is expected to be removed by the time the extension of the road opens. The road's maximum speed is 50km/h.

The original purpose of the road is to smoothen the local traffic travelling on Woodbine Avenue, and Warden Avenue. Until now, there are a lot of cars travelling on this road.Town of Markham is considering to lower the speed limit and create more curves on the road to discourage some travellers.
