Rodopoli (Greek: Ροδόπολη, meaning "Town of Roses"), older form Bala is a rather exclusive suburb in Attica, Greece -- just about 22 km north of Athens. Rodopoli is purely residential, with two bakeries, three tavernas, one pharmacy and two kiosks ("periptera"). Rodopoli has building regulations to ensure the conservation of its character as a pleasant, green suburb. Rodopoli is on the edge of the western part of the Penteli mountains.
